3-stjernet 

75 years of salami and so much more. It all began in 1950 in Horsens, Denmark, when a butcher Aage Jensen founded his salami factory. His passion for quality and flavor laid the foundation for what would become 3-Stjernet. 


Today, we are proud to still produce our iconic red and white salami using Aage Jensen's original recipe - just like we did 75 years ago. Because when something works this weel, why change it ?


Now part of Atria PLC, Atria Denmark has grown into a diverse company. Besides salami, we craft everything from pepperoni and cold cuts to tapas - always with the same dedication to taste and tradition.
