Our vision is to be the leading specialist in the delicatessen products market primarily focusing on salami, pepperoni, and other types of cold cuts. We have a wide range of products in stick formats or sliced but can also tailor made products further to individual requests.

Pepperoni

Pepperoni from 3-Star is a sausage of the exact taste and character it takes to perfect a pizza. It is made only from the best ingredients. We are able to produce and pack our pepperoni just the way you prefer it: sliced and packed in retail packages, in catering packages, or as sticks with precisely the taste your customers prefer. 


 

Sliced Salami 1kg, Sliced Pepperoni 1kg, Sliced Hot Pepperoni 1kg, Sliced Chorizo 1kg - Shelf- life:  3 - 6 months (Max 5° C) - Shelf- life:  12 months (-18° C)

 

Danish salami

3-Stjernet (3-Star) was founded in 1950 by Aage Jensen. He was a skilled butcher and had a particular interest in salami production.

The Danish consumers enjoyed the saline and smoked salami with is characteristic taste originating from special brine and production method.

Today 3-Stjernet (3-Star) still produce Danish Salami based upon the founder’s original recipe and brine curing method.
